Refund policy

FEMME FLEET LLC — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Vehicle rental reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Femme Fleet LLC.

Cancellations: Customers should notify Femme Fleet LLC as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change a reservation. Refund eligibility may depend on how far in advance the reservation is canceled and whether the vehicle was held specifically for that customer.

After the Rental Begins: Once a vehicle has been picked up or delivered and the rental period has begun, rental payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or approved by Femme Fleet LLC.

Early Returns: Returning a vehicle before the scheduled return date does not automatically qualify the renter for a refund for unused rental days.

Deposits: Any security deposit, when required, is handled according to the applicable rental agreement and may be reduced by authorized charges for damage, excessive cleaning, fuel, tolls, tickets, late returns, or other amounts permitted by the rental agreement and applicable law.

Turo Rentals: Rentals booked through Turo are governed by Turo’s applicable cancellation, refund, and rental policies.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be returned through the applicable payment method when reasonably possible. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
