FEMME FLEET LLC — TERMS OF SERVICE

By using the Femme Fleet LLC website, submitting a rental request, or renting a vehicle directly from Femme Fleet LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service and any separate rental agreement applicable to your reservation.

Rental Eligibility: Renters and approved drivers must provide a valid driver’s license and any other information required by Femme Fleet LLC. Femme Fleet LLC reserves the right to approve or decline a direct rental as permitted by law.

Authorized Drivers: Only drivers specifically approved for the rental may operate the vehicle. The vehicle may not be loaned, subleased, or given to an unauthorized driver.

Payment: Rental charges and any required deposit must be paid according to the terms provided at booking. Additional authorized charges may apply for late returns, additional mileage, fuel, tolls, tickets, excessive cleaning, damage, or other amounts identified in the rental agreement.

Vehicle Use: Vehicles must be operated safely and legally. Renters may not use a vehicle for unlawful activity, racing, reckless driving, towing unless specifically authorized, or any use prohibited by the applicable rental agreement or insurance coverage.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in Femme Fleet LLC vehicles. Cleaning or remediation charges may apply when permitted by the rental agreement and applicable law.

Accidents and Damage: Accidents, theft, damage, or mechanical problems must be reported to Femme Fleet LLC promptly. Renters must cooperate with reasonable accident, insurance, and incident-reporting requirements.

Return of Vehicle: Vehicles must be returned at the agreed date, time, location, fuel level, and condition, subject to normal wear and the applicable rental agreement. Extensions must be approved by Femme Fleet LLC before the scheduled return time.

Gig Driver Rentals: A rental from Femme Fleet LLC does not guarantee acceptance or continued eligibility on Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, Instacart, or any other third-party platform. Drivers are responsible for meeting each platform’s requirements.

Turo Rentals: Reservations made through Turo are also subject to Turo’s applicable terms, policies, fees, and protection-plan requirements. If Turo’s rules govern a Turo transaction, those rules apply to that transaction.

Car Wash & Detailing: Detailing services, prices, availability, and service terms may be separate from vehicle rental terms.

Website Information: Femme Fleet LLC may update vehicle availability, pricing, services, and these website terms from time to time.

Applicable Law: These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to the transaction. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

By completing a direct rental, the renter may also be required to review and accept a separate Femme Fleet LLC rental agreement containing the specific terms for that vehicle and reservation.
