FEMME FLEET LLC — DELIVERY & VEHICLE PICKUP POLICY

Femme Fleet LLC does not generally ship physical products.

Vehicle rentals may be picked up at an agreed location or delivered to an approved location when delivery service is available. Delivery availability, locations, and fees may vary by reservation.

The renter must be present at the agreed pickup or delivery time and complete any required identity, driver’s-license, payment, and rental-agreement requirements before taking possession of the vehicle.

Vehicle return instructions will be provided with the applicable reservation or rental agreement.

Turo reservations are subject to Turo’s applicable pickup, delivery, and return requirements.
